How we help
Sakeenah Foundation is a charity based in Birmingham that works to provide domestic abuse victims with support, as well as working to help raise awareness of issues within Muslim communities.
Domestic Abuse
We provide support and after-care to those who have been affected by domestic abuse.

Sakeenah Foundation and its advocacy role work within communities to provide an empowering platform for communities.

How it works

Arrange a call
A support worker will get in touch with you either email or phone to arrange an introductory call.
Provide Support
A trained caseworker will be assigned to your case, and they will provide you the necessary guidance and assistance.
After-Care
Sakeenah will continue to assist you until you feel secure, content, and capable of standing alone.

We’re always with you, providing key support and guidance throughout the process to help you get back on your feet
Emotional support
When you finally leave your abusive partner, it's very important that you have emotional support on hand to help you rebuild your life.
Guidance
Supporting you when it comes to legal matters and liaising with authorities, and any other relevant organisations.
